Protection of personal data in Côte d'Ivoire

LL REMAKE AFRICA attaches particular importance to privacy and to the protection of the personal data of its clients, learners, prospects and visitors (the “Data”) in the course of its activity in Côte d'Ivoire and in Africa. This policy describes how this Data is collected, processed, stored and protected, and sets out the rights of data subjects.
LL REMAKE AFRICA processes Data in accordance with Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data in Côte d'Ivoire, and the texts adopted for its application. This law transposes ECOWAS Supplementary Act A/SA.1/01/10 of 16 February 2010 on personal data protection. When Data of European Union residents is processed, the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) are also taken into account.
The data controller is LL REMAKE AFRICA, a SARL with share capital of XOF 1,000,000, RCCM CI-ABJ-03-2026-B13-09907, unique identifier CI-2026-0067951B, with its registered office in Abidjan Cocody, Riviera 3 Triangle, lot 253, block 21, represented by its manager Ms BIYOT-NZOUMBA Karmelle Falcia. In accordance with Law No. 2013-450, the Data processing carried out by LL REMAKE AFRICA is subject, depending on its nature, to the required prior formalities (declaration or request for authorisation) with theTelecommunications/ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI), acting as the Personal Data Protection Authority, subject to the exemptions provided for by law.
In accordance with the principle set by Ivorian law, the collection and processing of Data are based, unless otherwise provided by law, on the prior and express consent of the data subject. This consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out previously.
Data is intended for the internal departments of LL REMAKE AFRICA (administrative management, training delivery, support, accounting). It may be shared, strictly to the extent necessary, with processors and service providers (hosting provider, payment solutions, management and emailing tools), contractually bound to security and confidentiality, and with administrative or judicial authorities where required by law.
As some providers are established outside Côte d'Ivoire, Data transfers may occur. In accordance with Law No. 2013-450, such transfers are regulated and, where required by law, subject to theprior authorisation of ARTCI, subject to appropriate safeguards ensuring a sufficient level of protection.
Data is kept for as long as strictly necessary for the purposes pursued, then archived or deleted in accordance with the legal obligations applicable in Côte d'Ivoire (in particular accounting and tax obligations). For information: contractual and accounting data kept for the period required by regulations; training data kept for the period needed for follow-up and any disputes; prospecting data kept for a limited period from the last contact.
LL REMAKE AFRICA implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to preserve the security and confidentiality of Data and prevent any unauthorised access: secured access, backups, careful selection of processors, confidentiality awareness.
In accordance with Law No. 2013-450, any data subject has the rights of information, access, rectification, objection on legitimate grounds and deletion of their Data, as well as the right not to be subject to a decision producing legal effects based solely on automated processing. These rights are exercised with LL REMAKE AFRICA at hello@llremake.studio, together with proof of identity.
The llremake.studio website may place cookies necessary for its functioning and, with the user's consent, audience measurement or personalisation cookies, which the user may refuse or withdraw through browser settings or the website's cookie management tool.
LL REMAKE AFRICA reserves the right to amend this policy to adapt it to legal, regulatory or technical developments. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of consultation, available on llremake.studio.
