LL Remake Studio is a studio for training, consulting, compliance and transformation in artificial intelligence applied to professions, functions and organisations. Founded by a former lawyer, it was born from a simple conviction: artificial intelligence is too important to be reserved for large organisations, and too powerful to be ignored by everyone else.

The Founder

I am a lawyer by training, a serial entrepreneur and the founder of LL Remake Studio. Bilingual French, English, educated at the Sorbonne, Paris-Dauphine and the Paris Bar School (EFB), I began my career in international law firms where strategic analysis, monitoring and knowledge transfer were part of the profession. I notably took part in running training groups.

I then co-built and led several entrepreneurial projects in hospitality, consulting and brand development, with a cross-cutting role spanning strategy, organisation, finance, business development, retail, communications and press relations. Consulting and training were always a common thread: structuring organisations, supporting teams and building skills.

For over ten years, I worked with executives, SMEs, international organisations and specialised professionals, which taught me to understand systems, organisations, and above all the people who bring them to life. I built companies, restructured organisations and led complex projects, sometimes in demanding contexts, with one constant: to simplify, structure and make environments more fluid, more intelligent and more human.

I also made a deliberate choice: to devote several years to my three children. That experience was never a pause. It was a real school of leadership, of managing mental load, of resilience and of balancing what truly matters with what must be efficient. It made me particularly sensitive to questions of mental health and work-life balance.

Because I know what it is to start from nothing. Because I know what it is to be overwhelmed. Because I also know what a well-led transformation can change in an organisation, in a profession, and in a life.

With LL Remake Studio, I now support executives, SMEs, international organisations, specialised professionals and individuals in their transformation. I co-build bespoke solutions with them to gain time, clarity, performance and peace of mind. Always with a simple, intelligent, pragmatic and deeply human approach.

Yes. Payment can be staged according to the progress of the journey, and a deposit of 30, 50% is generally required on signing. For organisations, invoicing follows the terms set out in the quote. Online payments are secure.
Yes. In fact, that's the case for the vast majority of our participants. Short formats, virtual classes, journeys sequenced over several weeks and asynchronous modules are designed to fit around an ongoing professional activity.
In Abidjan and Paris, as well as in the other cities of our priority markets: Dakar, Douala, Libreville, Lomé, Cotonou, Brazzaville, Port-Louis in Mauritius, Nairobi and the major hubs of English-speaking Africa. Inter-company sessions are held in Abidjan and Paris; in-house and online sessions are available everywhere.

Yes, and it is the heart of the method. About 50% input and 50% practice, on your own files anonymised beforehand. Each participant leaves with concrete deliverables.
Each participant receives an individual certificate of completion at the end of the journey. Some programmes include an assessment of learning and a corresponding certificate.
Depending on your profession and your governing body or authority, our programmes may contribute to your continuing-education obligation. Eligibility is reviewed during scoping.
It depends first on the country where the training is delivered and where your organisation is established: each jurisdiction has its own schemes, ceilings and processing times. In France, the entity is a Qualiopi-certified training provider, which conditions access to OPCO, FIFPL and France Travail funding. In Côte d'Ivoire, funding is direct (funding terms are specified on a case-by-case basis). We tell you clearly what is open in your situation.

Yes. Our programmes are aimed at non-technical professionals. No code, no abstract machine learning. We start from the real professional act, and the pace is adapted to the group's actual level, assessed during scoping.
For sequenced journeys, resources and materials remain accessible and a catch-up is arranged where possible. A participant can also join a later session.
Yes. Our programmes are available in French and English, which lets us deliver across French-speaking and English-speaking Africa, in Mauritius and beyond.
Yes. Our trainings are accessible to people with disabilities, and a referent is available to review the necessary accommodations with you before the training begins.
The journey is modular: you enter where you want and progress at your own pace. In practice, most organisations continue beyond the training, because a trained team quickly discovers what it could automate, secure or redesign, which is where consulting and AI transformation take over.
