A 360° analysis, adapted to each country
We do not start from a tool. Each programme begins with a full analysis: the professions and functions concerned, the organisation, the national legal framework, including OHADA law in seventeen states and personal data laws, infrastructure and connectivity, working languages, the digital maturity of teams and the expected impact. Our recommendations are justified by these realities.
This analysis often leads to frugal AI : models suited to the need, uses that are light on energy and data, and solutions compatible with the equipment available. On the continent, this approach extends a tradition of innovation already illustrated by mobile payments.
Funding AI training in Africa
Funding depends on the country: direct funding by the organisation, national vocational training funds where they exist, or co-funding by a partner. We review the options with you from the scoping stage.
For programmes backed by a donor or technical and financial partner, World Bank, African Development Bank, European Union, cooperation agencies, we provide all the expected documents: detailed programme, assessable objectives, assessment methods, attendance sheets and certificates. As the French entity is Qualiopi-certified, arrangements involving a European funder are also possible.
No funding is automatic. Each scheme has its own eligibility conditions, ceilings and processing times, and the decision always belongs to the funder. The application is submitted before the training starts.
