Vocational training, support and structuring
LL REMAKE, trading as LL Remake Studio · Version 2.0 · In force since 14 September 2026
The purpose of these General Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) is to define the rights and obligations of the parties when purchasing vocational training, support services, project structuring and consulting offered by LL REMAKE.
The parties are defined as follows. On the one hand, “the Training Organisation”, representing the company EURL LL REMAKE, registered under SIREN 940 499 064, whose registered office is at 66 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, whose email address is hello@llremake.studio, represented by Ms BIYOT-NZOUMBA Karmelle acting as manager (the “Training Organisation” or “TO”). On the other hand, “the Client”, defined as a natural or legal person wishing to receive professional training and purchasing one or more training programmes or services from the LL REMAKE catalogue.
The two parties may be referred to together as “the Parties”. The following terms are also used:
Any order and purchase of training or services on the www.llremake.studio website or by any other means implies that the Client acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these general terms of sale in full knowledge of the facts. The Client acknowledges that acceptance of these Terms excludes the application of its own general purchasing conditions or any other conflicting conditions.
EURL LL REMAKE, single-member limited liability company. SIREN: 940 499 064. Registered office: 66 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris. Email address: hello@llremake.studio.
LL REMAKE operates as a provider of vocational training within the meaning of Article L.6313-1 of the French Labour Code. To contact LL REMAKE, the Client may send an email to hello@llremake.studio or a letter to 66 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris.
The Client declares that it is of legal age and has full legal capacity to contract. If acting in the name and on behalf of a legal entity, it declares that it has the authority, right and freedom necessary to conclude a binding agreement based on these terms and to bind that legal entity.
All Training and services offered by the Training Organisation can be consulted online on the www.llremake.studio website and in any commercial documentation made available to the Client.
Open Training is training from the TO's catalogue, open to several companies and participants. It may be delivered in person at the TO's premises or at an external venue, remotely through virtual classrooms (synchronous training), or in a hybrid format combining in-person and remote delivery.
In-house Training is designed specifically to meet the needs of a given Client. It may be delivered at the Client's premises, at the TO's premises, at an external venue chosen by the Client or the TO, remotely through dedicated digital tools, or in a hybrid format. For any In-house Training, the TO will prepare, in collaboration with the Client, a technical and financial proposal in the form of a detailed quotation.
Online Training takes the form of self-paced learning modules (asynchronous training) enabling the Participant to learn from digital teaching resources available in a dedicated learning space, accessible 24/7 during the access validity period. This training may include teaching videos, downloadable PDF documents, interactive exercises, assessment quizzes, discussion forums and additional resources.
Virtual classrooms are synchronous remote training sessions, delivered live by a trainer through a videoconferencing tool. They allow real-time interaction between the trainer and the Participants.
The Participant may attend the Training either in person or online through a simultaneous broadcast system. Rooms are equipped with camera and audio systems enabling high-quality transmission.
The TO also offers individual support, project structuring, and strategic, organisational, digital and applied artificial intelligence consulting services. These services may take the form of individual or group coaching sessions, co-design workshops, audits and diagnostics, action planning, or personalised follow-up over time.
The Training Organisation reserves the right to change the price and content of its training and services at any time, and to inform the Client by updating the relevant training page on its website and in its catalogue. These changes do not apply to orders already confirmed and accepted by the TO.
Registration for Open Training requires, at the Client's choice: sending a completed and signed registration form by email to hello@llremake.studio, completing an online registration on www.llremake.studio, or sending a signed purchase order. Registration becomes final when the TO receives the registration form, purchase order or online validation, the signed vocational training agreement and, where applicable, the funding approval from a funding body.
Only the invitation sent to the Participant at least three (3) working days before the Training date confirms that the session will take place. The invitation specifies the practical arrangements of the Training (date, times, venue, access arrangements, equipment needed). For any Open Training, a minimum and maximum number of Participants is accepted; registrations close when the maximum number is reached. The TO reserves the right to cancel or postpone a session if the minimum number is not reached (see Article 9.2.2).
For any In-house Training, the TO prepares, in collaboration with the Client, a detailed technical and financial proposal (the “Quotation”) specifying the learning objectives, detailed programme, duration and delivery arrangements, number of Participants, pricing conditions and validity period of the Quotation. The Quotation, dated and signed by the Client, must be sent to the TO before the end of the stated validity period. Registration becomes final on receipt of the signed Quotation and, where applicable, the funding approval. The Client undertakes not to exceed the number of Participants indicated in the Quotation; additional Participants may be accepted at the sole discretion of the TO, subject to its prior written approval and an adjustment of the invoice.
For training funded personally by a natural person, registration becomes final after signature of the vocational training contract in accordance with Article L.6353-3 of the French Labour Code and expiry of the legal withdrawal period (see Article 6).
For online training, once registration and payment are validated, the Client receives a confirmation email, the agreement or individual training contract to sign electronically and then, after signature, personalised access codes to the platform within a maximum of 12 hours. For in-person training or virtual classrooms, the Client receives a confirmation email, the training agreement to sign and an invitation at least 10 working days before the start of the Training.
An electronic invoice is sent to the Client within 30 minutes to 48 hours of its order, as proof of registration. For In-house Training, the invoice is issued according to the terms set out in the Quotation.
For self-funded training, registration is possible up to forty-eight (48) working hours before the start of the training. For training funded by an OPCO or another third-party body, the access time is generally between two (2) and four (4) weeks, to allow the funding application to be processed. For online training, access opens on receipt of the codes, within a maximum of 12 hours after validation of registration and payment.
The Training Organisation is free to use the teaching methods and tools of its choice, in line with the stated learning objectives. The form and content of teaching tools are determined by the TO, which may call on different speakers and experts depending on the topics. The TO may provide dedicated digital spaces (e-learning platform, document area, forum) to facilitate learning and exchanges.
The overall duration of a Training may vary. The Client undertakes to check beforehand the total duration, number of hours, schedule, pace of sessions and any prerequisites, information available on the website and in the commercial documentation. By convention, one day of Training corresponds to seven (7) hours, half a day to three and a half hours (3.5 hours), and an evening session to two (2) to three (3) hours. For e-learning, the stated duration is an estimate of the average time needed to complete all modules.
The TO provides the Participant with all the materials and documentation needed, in paper form during in-person sessions, in digital form downloadable from the platform, or by email. The TO cannot be held responsible for any error or omission in documentation written by speakers. The Client acknowledges that this documentation is a teaching aid and not an exhaustive manual, does not commit the TO as to its completeness, is not subject to any obligation to update after the Training, and cannot be considered an official document explaining the applicable regulations.
Throughout the Training, the TO checks the Participant's knowledge and progress through quizzes, questionnaires, practical or theoretical exams, case studies, role plays, practical work and self-assessments. The Participant must take part in the various assessments in order to validate their progress and obtain their certificate of completion. For e-learning, a minimum quiz score of 70% is generally required, with a maximum of three (3) attempts; after the third failure, progress is blocked and the Participant must contact the trainer.
Participants in in-person Training must comply with the internal rules displayed on the TO's premises and also available on www.llremake.studio. Remote Participants comply with the code of conduct communicated when they log in to the platform. The TO reserves the right, without compensation, to exclude any Participant whose behaviour disrupts the smooth running of the Training, seriously breaches the rules or the code, is disrespectful towards trainers or other Participants, or infringes intellectual property rules (see Article 10).
The Participant has access to online training 24/7 through their personal space, throughout the validity period of their access. The access period is specified in the description of each Training, from the sending of the access codes. In the event of temporary unavailability of the platform, the TO cannot be held liable for any damage, except in the case of gross misconduct or serious negligence. The TO nevertheless undertakes to restore access as quickly as possible, to inform Participants of any scheduled maintenance interruption and to provide responsive technical support.
For online training and virtual classrooms, the Participant must have a compatible computer, tablet or smartphone, a stable and sufficient internet connection, where applicable a headset or speakers and a microphone, and the recommended software and browsers. The cost of connection and equipment remains the responsibility of the Client or the Participant.
At the end of the Training, the TO provides the training certificate or certificate of completion stating the objectives, nature, duration and results of the assessment, the attendance sheet, the Participant's qualitative evaluation, the related invoices and any other document required by funding bodies. The completed certificate is issued only when the Participant has completed all modules or sessions, validated the required assessments and, where applicable, attended all sessions.
In accordance with Articles L.6353-5 to L.6353-8 of the French Labour Code and Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, an individual Client (a natural person funding their own training) has a withdrawal period of ten (10) days from signature of the training contract, extended to fourteen (14) days in the case of a distance sale.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client notifies its decision by email to hello@llremake.studio or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to LL REMAKE, 66 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris. In accordance with Article L.6353-6 of the French Labour Code, no sum may be required from the individual Client before the end of the withdrawal period; however, the Client may pay 30% of the price on signature of the contract, the balance being due as the training progresses and at the latest on the end date of the training. To benefit from this staggered payment, the Client contacts the TO by email before registering.
The Client may expressly waive its right of withdrawal in order to benefit from immediate access to the Training, by signing a specific clause, ticking a box during online registration or any other unequivocal written statement. For online training, if the Client waives the right and the access codes are provided, the price is due in full. For in-person training or virtual classrooms, if the Client waives the right and the Training starts before the end of the legal period, the price is due in full. The provisions on the right of withdrawal do not apply to professional Clients (legal entities or sole traders acting in the course of their business).
The prices of Training and services are expressed in euros (€), either excluding tax, to which the applicable VAT rate is added, or net of VAT when the TO benefits from the exemption provided for in Article 261-4-4° of the French General Tax Code for continuing vocational training actions. Current prices appear on the www.llremake.studio website, in the training catalogue, and on Quotations and commercial proposals. In the event of contradiction, the prices shown on the signed Quotation or commercial proposal prevail.
For in-person Open Training, unless otherwise stated, the price includes access to the Training, the teaching documentation, access to the e-learning platform where applicable and coffee breaks; it generally does not include the Participant's travel, accommodation and meal costs. For Online Training, the price does not include the cost of connection, equipment and software. For In-house Training, the included and excluded elements are specified in the Quotation. The TO reserves the right to change its prices at any time, the applicable prices being those in force on the day of the order.
Payments may be made by bank transfer (preferred method), bank card (online payments), cheque payable to LL REMAKE, or SEPA direct debit on request and with prior agreement. Unless specific terms are provided in the Quotation or agreement: for online training, full payment before the start (before the access codes are sent); for in-person training and virtual classrooms, payment within thirty (30) days of the invoice date; for individuals funding their own training, the possibility of staggered payment in accordance with Article L.6353-6 of the French Labour Code. Online payments are secured by SSL protocol through recognised solutions. An invoice is issued for each service.
In accordance with Article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code, in the event of late payment, penalties are payable automatically, without prior formal notice, from the first day of delay, at a rate equal to three (3) times the applicable legal interest rate. Pursuant to Article D.441-5 of the French Commercial Code, any sum not paid on the due date automatically gives rise to a fixed indemnity of forty (40) euros for recovery costs, per unpaid invoice; where the costs incurred are higher, the TO may claim additional compensation on proof. In the event of late payment, after a formal notice that has remained without effect for eight (8) days, the TO reserves the right to suspend the performance of its obligations, refuse any new order and terminate current contracts, without the Client being able to hold the TO liable or claim compensation.
For certain Training, in particular In-house Training or long pathways, the TO reserves the right to request a deposit, the amount of which will be specified in the Quotation, generally 30% to 50% of the total amount. The deposit is collected on signature of the Quotation or agreement. It is retained by the TO in the event of cancellation by the Client under the conditions set out in Article 9.
The Client may benefit from full or partial funding of the cost of the Training by a Skills Operator (OPCO), the Personal Training Account (CPF), France Travail (AIF), AGEFIPH or FIPHFP, a Training Insurance Fund for the liberal professions (FIFPL, FAF-PM), or any other funding body (“Third-Party Body” or “TPB”).
In the case of funding, it is the responsibility of the Client or the Participant to apply before the start of the Training, to ensure that it is approved, to send the funding approval to the TO before the start of the Training, and to state the application explicitly on the registration form or Quotation, specifying the contact details of the funding body. The Client must ensure that the body has approved the funding, that its terms correspond to the characteristics of the Training, and that it will make payment on time.
In the case of payment subrogation, the TO sends the invoice and required documents directly to the body concerned. In the case of partial funding, the balance is invoiced directly to the Client. If the OPCO or TPB does not confirm the funding, if the TO has not received the approval by the first day of the Training, or if the body refuses payment for any reason whatsoever, the cost of the Training will be borne in full by the Client. The Client acknowledges that it is solely responsible for obtaining and validating funding; the TO cannot be held responsible for refusals, processing times or errors in the files.
In the case of funding by the FIFPL or another Training Insurance Fund, the Client sends one copy of the agreement to the fund with its application, returns the second signed copy to the TO and makes the payment (which will be reimbursed to it). At the end, the TO provides a receipted invoice, the attendance sheet or certificate of attendance, the training certificate and the documents required for reimbursement. Processing times and any refusals of reimbursement are the sole responsibility of these bodies.
To be taken into account, any request for change, postponement or cancellation must be notified in writing, by email to hello@llremake.studio or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to LL REMAKE, 66 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris. The notice period starts from the date the TO receives the notification.
For any Open Training, in the event of cancellation or postponement by the Client, the Client will owe a fixed, full and final indemnity calculated as follows:
| Notice period before the Training | Compensation due |
|---|---|
| More than 10 working days | 0% (no compensation) |
| Between 10 and 6 working days | 50% of the Training price |
| Less than 6 working days | 100% of the Training price |
The period is calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). For training lasting several days, the period is calculated from the start date. A postponement is considered a cancellation followed by a new registration. For any In-house Training, in the event of cancellation or postponement, the Client will owe the same fixed indemnity, increased by the costs already incurred: 100% of the cost of preparation and customisation if already carried out, the trainer's travel costs if already incurred, room booking costs and any other non-recoverable costs.
The Client acknowledges that it cannot withdraw and that the price is due in full once, for Online Training, the access codes have been provided (even without login), and for in-person Training or virtual classrooms, once the Training has started. This provision applies subject to the legal withdrawal period for individual Clients (see Article 6).
The TO accepts that a Participant may be replaced by another for Open and In-house Training, at no extra cost, provided that the Client informs the TO in writing at least five (5) working days before the Training, provides all the information on the new Participant, checks that they meet the prerequisites and have the necessary equipment, and ensures administrative compliance (funding approval, new agreement if necessary). The TO reserves the right to refuse a substitution if the deadline is not met, if the new Participant does not meet the prerequisites, or if the funding approval does not cover them. In the event of repeated substitutions, administrative processing fees may be charged.
In the event of the trainer's absence (illness, accident, impediment), the TO undertakes to make its best efforts to maintain the Training with a replacement trainer of equivalent qualifications, or to offer a postponement. Replacing the trainer does not constitute a substantial change and does not give rise to cancellation or refund.
The TO reserves the right, in particular in the event of an insufficient number of Participants, to cancel, postpone or change an Open Training, without incurring liability. This cancellation will be notified at the latest ten (10) calendar days before the scheduled date, except in exceptional circumstances. In this case, the TO offers the Client either a free postponement or a full refund of the registration fees already paid (excluding travel, accommodation or any other damage), within a maximum of thirty (30) days.
In the event of Force Majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code (natural disasters, fires, floods, epidemics and pandemics giving rise to restrictive measures, government decisions after the contract, general or transport strikes, serious illness of the trainer with no replacement available, attacks, wars, serious telecommunications failures, and any unforeseeable, irresistible and external event), the Parties' obligations are suspended for the duration of the impediment. The TO strives to offer a postponement; if postponement is not possible or acceptable, it refunds the sums already paid, excluding any other cost. Outside Force Majeure, if the TO cancels for its own reasons up to ten (10) calendar days before the Training, it issues, at the Client's choice, a credit note valid for twelve (12) months on any type of Training, or makes a full refund within thirty (30) days.
The TO reserves the right to make minor changes to the programme, content, times or arrangements (adjustment of times within +/- 1 hour, change in the order of modules, change of medium without change of substance, change of room in the same city, content updates) without this constituting a cancellation. In the event of a substantial change (major change in objectives, content or duration), the Client has eight (8) days to accept the change or cancel its registration without penalty, with a full refund.
All content, teaching materials, methods, tools, documentation, programmes, software, scripts, prompts, designs, trademarks, logos, databases and, more generally, any element making up the Training and services (the “Documentation”) are protected by copyright, trademark law, patent law and French and international intellectual property law. The Documentation is the exclusive property of the TO or is used under licence for its benefit. These Terms confer no intellectual property rights on the Client or the Participant.
The TO retains exclusive intellectual property in the Documentation provided, whatever its form. Subject to compliance with the Terms, the TO grants the Client a non-exclusive, personal and non-transferable right of use, limited to consultation and use for strictly personal and internal purposes, with reproduction for internal use only, excluding any right of commercial exploitation, modification, adaptation, public performance, distribution or communication to third parties.
The Client and the Participant expressly refrain, unless the TO has given prior written authorisation, from any reproduction beyond internal needs, any distribution or communication to third parties, any lending, sale, rental or assignment, any data extraction, any modification, adaptation or translation, any direct or indirect commercial exploitation, any reverse engineering, and any removal of intellectual property notices. The Client and the Participant undertake to keep the Documentation confidential throughout the period of use and for five (5) years after the end of the Training. Any breach constitutes infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code (up to 3 years' imprisonment and a €300,000 fine) and may lead to immediate termination of the Terms.
The documentation, data and information provided to the TO by the Client remain its exclusive property and may not be used or disclosed to third parties without its prior written consent. The TO undertakes to use them exclusively for the purposes of the Training, to respect their confidentiality and to return or destroy them at the end of the Training. The Client guarantees that it holds all necessary rights over the documentation provided and indemnifies the TO against any third-party claim.
The intellectual property rights in elements produced specifically and to measure for the Client (studies, reports, customised teaching mock-ups, bespoke materials, specific software developments and any other “Specific Deliverable”) are assigned to the Client exclusively, as they are produced, subject to payment in full of the price. This assignment, included in the price at no extra cost, covers the rights of reproduction, performance, adaptation, commercial exploitation and translation, worldwide and for the full term of protection. The TO nevertheless remains the exclusive owner of the rights in pre-existing elements (methods, tools, know-how, methodologies); to the extent that they are incorporated in the deliverables, the Client has a non-exclusive right of use for purely internal purposes.
E-learning modules and digital content come with a non-exclusive, personal and temporary right of use, limited to the planned access period and to consultation by the Participant alone, excluding any unauthorised download, reproduction or distribution. Login credentials are strictly personal and confidential and may not be shared or transferred. At the end of the access period, access to the modules is automatically deactivated.
The trademarks, logos, trade names, domain names and other distinctive signs appearing on the www.llremake.studio website, on the training platform and in the Documentation are the exclusive property of the TO or are used under licence for its benefit. The Client and the Participant may under no circumstances use, reproduce or imitate them without the prior, express and written consent of the TO, failing which they may be prosecuted for trademark infringement or unfair competition. No assignment of intellectual property rights is granted beyond what is expressly provided for in these Terms.
To access certain features of the website and platform, the Client must create an account and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The Client is solely responsible for keeping its credentials safe and confidential; it undertakes not to share them with anyone, to choose a strong password and to inform the TO immediately in the event of loss, theft or fraudulent use. All activities carried out through the account are deemed to have been carried out by the Client itself.
The TO implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of information, in accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act. As no system is infallible, the TO cannot be held responsible for the consequences of fraudulent use resulting from the Client's negligence in protecting its credentials, nor for cyberattacks except in the case of gross negligence on its part. The TO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the account in the event of breach of the Terms, fraudulent use, inappropriate behaviour or persistent non-payment. The Client may request deletion of its account at any time, without being released from its payment obligations for Training already ordered.
Any question about the Terms, Training, registration or payment may be sent to the TO by email to hello@llremake.studio, by post to LL REMAKE, 66 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, or by telephone on 01 85 52 00 68. The TO strives to reply within a maximum of five (5) working days. Any complaint about the delivery of a Training must be sent in writing, specifying the Client's contact details, the Training concerned, the subject of the complaint and supporting documents. The TO acknowledges receipt within forty-eight (48) hours and provides a reasoned reply within a maximum of fifteen (15) working days. The TO is committed to continuous improvement; Participants are invited to complete a qualitative evaluation at the end of each Training.
The TO affirms that the Training offered conforms to its description. The Client acknowledges that the learning objectives are an obligation of means and not of result, achieving the objectives depending in particular on the Participant's attendance, involvement and initial level. The Client is solely responsible for choosing the Training, checking its suitability for its needs and level, checking the prerequisites, and providing the TO with any useful information.
The TO may only be held liable in the event of serious misconduct or proven negligence attributable exclusively to it. Its liability is limited to direct damage, excluding any indirect damage (loss of opportunity, clients, turnover or profit, commercial or reputational damage, loss of data, loss of earnings). In any event, the total amount of any sum charged to the TO may not exceed the total price actually paid by the Client for the Training concerned. The TO cannot be held responsible for errors in or lack of updating of the documentation, nor for the opinions of external speakers, who retain their professional independence. The TO strives to ensure optimal availability of its website and platform, without being able to guarantee absolute accessibility; in the event of an interruption exceeding 48 consecutive hours, it may extend the access period to online training by an equivalent duration.
The TO processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and amended French Law No. 78-17, known as the “Loi Informatique et Libertés”. LL REMAKE acts as data controller (SIREN 940 499 064, registered office 66 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, hello@llremake.studio). Data is collected for managing registrations, performing contracts, client relations, managing platform access, sending communications about Training, improving quality, complying with legal obligations and, with consent or on the basis of legitimate interest, business prospecting.
Data is kept for as long as strictly necessary: ten (10) years for contracts and invoices (accounting and tax obligations), three (3) years after the end of the Training for training data, three (3) years from the last contact for prospecting, and twelve (12) months for connection data. In accordance with the regulations, any data subject has the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and to set post-mortem instructions, which may be exercised by email to hello@llremake.studio or by post, together with a copy of an identity document. The TO replies within one (1) month. Any person has the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr). For full information, the Client is invited to consult the Privacy Policy available on www.llremake.studio. When the Client provides the TO with data concerning third parties (for example employee Participants), the Client acts as data controller and the TO as processor.
The TO undertakes to comply with all applicable legislation, in particular the French Labour Code relating to continuing vocational training and its tax and social obligations. The TO operates as a provider of vocational training within the meaning of Article L.6313-1 of the French Labour Code. The TO undertakes to be in good standing with the tax and social security authorities, up to date with its contributions, and to provide the Client with a certificate of compliance on request. The TO formally refrains from any use of undeclared work (Articles L.8221-1 et seq. of the French Labour Code) and undertakes to comply with the provisions on combating corruption and influence peddling, in particular Law No. 2016-1691 of 9 December 2016, known as the “Sapin II Law”.
These Terms can be consulted online at www.llremake.studio and may be amended at any time by the TO. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of the order; any later change does not affect current contracts. If any clause were declared null and void, it would be deemed unwritten without affecting the validity of the other provisions. The TO's failure to invoke a provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together where applicable with the Quotation, the training agreement and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Parties.
The TO is authorised to use the Client's name, trade name, trademarks and logo as a commercial reference on any medium, without prior authorisation and without remuneration; the Client may nevertheless object by reasoned written request. The TO is authorised to subcontract all or part of the performance of the services, while remaining responsible to the Client for the performance of all services. The Client may not assign the rights and obligations arising from the Terms without the TO's written consent; the TO may freely assign them in the event of restructuring, merger or transfer of business. The Parties carry out their activities independently, without any relationship of subordination or de facto partnership. In accordance with Article L.110-4 of the French Commercial Code, the Client may not bring any action against the TO more than one (1) year after the event giving rise to it.
In the event of difficulty relating to the interpretation, performance or termination of these Terms, and before any court proceedings, each Party undertakes to do everything possible to reach an amicable settlement, by appointing a person authorised to represent it, the appointed persons having to meet within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of the request for conciliation.
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the TO offers consumer Clients a consumer mediation scheme. The competent consumer mediator is CNPM Médiation de la Consommation (27 avenue de la Libération, 42400 Saint-Chamond, https://cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu). Mediation is free of charge for the consumer Client, who may only refer the matter to the mediator after attempting to resolve the dispute directly with the TO by written complaint. This procedure does not concern professional Clients.
These Terms are governed by French law. For professional Clients, if the attempt at amicable settlement fails, any dispute relating to the performance, interpretation or termination of these Terms will fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court, even in the case of summary proceedings, third-party claims or multiple defendants. For consumer Clients, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the place where the Client lived at the time the contract was concluded or of their current domicile if located in France.
The Client declares that it has read all of these General Terms of Sale, understood them and accepts them without reservation. Acceptance is expressed during online registration by ticking a box “I accept the General Terms of Sale”, by signing a Quotation, agreement or training contract mentioning acceptance of the Terms, or by any other means unequivocally expressing the Client's acceptance. The Terms are binding on the Client and the Participant from their acceptance, including when the Participant is a person distinct from the Client (as in the case of an employee sent on training by their employer).
These General Terms of Sale come into force on 14 September 2026 and apply to all orders placed from that date. They are available at any time on the www.llremake.studio website and may be downloaded in PDF format.
