Internal rules applicable to learners
LL REMAKE, trading as LL Remake Studio · Version 1.0 · In force since 20 July 2026
These internal rules are established in accordance with Articles L. 6352-3 to L. 6352-5 and R. 6352-1 to R. 6352-15 of the French Labour Code. They apply to all learners registered for a training action delivered by LL REMAKE, for the entire duration of the training. A copy is given to each learner before the start of the training.
The purpose of these rules is to define the general and permanent rules relating to discipline, the nature and scale of sanctions applicable to learners, and learners' rights in the event of a sanction. They also set out the rules applicable to health, safety and hygiene. They apply to any person, whatever their status, taking part in a training action organised by LL REMAKE, in person or remotely, on the organisation's premises or at any external venue hosting the training.
Each learner must behave properly and respectfully towards the trainer, other learners, the organisation's staff and, where applicable, the staff of the venue hosting the training. Learners are asked in particular to follow the trainer's instructions, contribute to the smooth running of the training and not disrupt collective work. Any insulting, aggressive or discriminatory behaviour, or behaviour likely to disturb order, is prohibited.
Training hours are communicated to the learner in the invitation and displayed, where applicable, at the training venue. Learners must respect these hours. Except in exceptional circumstances, they may not be absent during training hours. In the event of absence, lateness or early departure, the learner informs the trainer and provides a justification. The organisation informs the funder, where applicable, of any withdrawal or unjustified absence. The learner signs the attendance sheet made available for each half-day.
The learner undertakes to take an active part in the training, to follow all teaching sequences, to complete the work and assessments requested, and to make the efforts needed for the success of their pathway. Achieving the learning objectives is an obligation of means shared between the organisation and the learner.
Learners have access to the training venues to attend the actions for which they are registered, at the scheduled times. They may not enter or remain there for other purposes, nor bring in or facilitate the entry of persons not involved in the training, unless authorised. Access to the premises is prohibited to any person under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
Each learner must look after their own safety and health and that of others present. Learners are asked to respect basic rules of hygiene and cleanliness of the premises. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the training premises, in accordance with the regulations in force. Meals and drinks are taken in the areas provided for this purpose, where applicable.
Each learner must read the safety instructions displayed or communicated at the training venue, in particular the location of exits and emergency equipment. In the event of an alert, the learner follows the instructions given and calmly proceeds to the nearest exit. It is prohibited to handle emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, etc.) without necessity, to disable a safety device, or to obstruct access and evacuation routes.
Each learner uses the equipment made available with care, in accordance with its purpose, and returns it in good condition at the end of the training. A learner using their own equipment (laptop, smartphone) remains responsible for it. Digital and artificial intelligence tools used in session are used in accordance with the trainer's instructions, confidentiality rules and data protection regulations. Learners are asked in particular not to enter real personal or confidential data into tools when the trainer has expressly advised against it. Any misuse of resources is prohibited.
The teaching materials, content and resources provided during the training are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of LL REMAKE. They are reserved for the strictly personal use of the learner and may not be reproduced, distributed or communicated to third parties without prior written authorisation. Discussions held in session, in particular when they concern real professional situations, are covered by a mutual confidentiality commitment between learners and the trainer.
No learner shall be subjected to moral or sexual harassment, sexist conduct or any form of discrimination. Remarks or behaviour of a sexual or sexist nature, intimidation, humiliation and any conduct undermining a person's dignity are strictly prohibited. Any learner who considers themselves a victim or witness of such acts is invited to inform the trainer or the organisation's management without delay, using the contact details in Article 13. LL REMAKE undertakes to handle any report diligently and confidentially and to take appropriate measures.
Any breach by the learner of these rules may result in a sanction imposed by the head of the training organisation or their representative. Within the meaning of Article R. 6352-3 of the French Labour Code, a sanction is any measure, other than verbal remarks, taken by the head of the organisation following conduct by the learner considered to be at fault. Depending on the seriousness of the breach, the sanction may consist of:
Fines or other financial penalties are prohibited. The head of the organisation informs the employer and the funding body of the sanction taken, where applicable.
No sanction may be imposed on the learner without them having been informed beforehand of the complaints against them. When the organisation is considering a sanction that affects, immediately or not, the learner's attendance in the training, the following procedure applies, in accordance with Articles R. 6352-4 to R. 6352-8 of the French Labour Code:
When conduct is considered to make a precautionary temporary exclusion with immediate effect essential, no final sanction relating to that conduct may be taken without the above procedure having been followed.
For training actions lasting more than five hundred (500) hours in total, learner delegates are elected by two-round single-member ballot, in accordance with Article R. 6352-9 of the French Labour Code. Shorter training programmes are not subject to this obligation.
These internal rules come into force on 20 July 2026. Any question about their application, and any report under Article 9, may be sent to LL REMAKE at hello@llremake.studio, by telephone on 01 85 52 00 68, or by post to the registered office, 66 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris.
