Those who practise a profession know its realities, constraints and subtleties. Our role is to bring that expertise into dialogue with what AI makes possible, for uses that are more relevant and truly usable.
LL Remake Studio is a studio for AI training, consulting and transformation dedicated to professionals and organisations. We support those who want to understand AI, build skills, transform their practice and design new uses adapted to their reality.
Our approach starts from a simple conviction: technology alone transforms nothing durably. Transformation happens when it meets a profession, an organisation, people, a culture and a context. From Paris to Abidjan and in our international engagements, we combine domain expertise, artificial intelligence, innovation, organisational transformation and an understanding of human and territorial realities.
AI is already transforming how we work, learn, produce, decide, communicate and create. But having access to a technology does not mean knowing how to use it with discernment.
Our ambition is to help professionals and organisations become actors of this transformation rather than mere users of the technologies offered to them. This means building skills, but also identifying genuinely useful uses, measuring their value, understanding their limits, protecting people and data, supporting change and preserving human decision-making.
We chose the word Studio to express a way of working: a space where you observe, imagine, experiment, create, test, adjust and transform. We don't treat professionals and organisations as mere recipients of solutions designed in their place. We build with them.
Those who practise a profession know its realities, constraints and subtleties. Our role is to bring that expertise into dialogue with what AI makes possible, for uses that are more relevant and truly usable.
Two companies in the same sector can have very different needs. Our engagements adapt to your objectives, maturity, professions and context. Bespoke is not a premium add-on: it is how we work.
Technological transformation is also a human one. We favour closeness, listening and field understanding, for solutions people can genuinely understand, use and evolve.
Testing new approaches and uses before generalising them. Innovation rarely starts from grand strategies: it often starts from a question, a business problem, a workshop or a prototype.
The Studio is a space for experimentation: test before generalising, learn before deploying, measure before transforming at scale.
AI is not only a productivity tool. It opens new possibilities to imagine services, rethink experiences, transmit knowledge and bring new models to life. To transform is not only to optimise what exists: it is also to imagine what could exist tomorrow.
We don't start with tools. We start with a question: what do we really want to improve, solve or invent? A profession, a function, a process, a customer experience, an organisation, a skill, a decision. We then determine whether AI is a relevant answer and, when it is, how to integrate it in proportion to the need.
The profession sets practices and responsibilities. The organisation conditions real integration. The territory weighs on adoption, regulation, infrastructure, cost, digital maturity. Culture shapes acceptance, languages, professional codes, references. And behind every transformation are people to train and whose judgement must be preserved.
A technology can improve productivity while creating new dependencies. Ease access to a service while excluding some audiences. Augment capabilities while weakening certain skills. Produce more while mobilising disproportionate resources. Or work technically while being ill-suited to a language, a culture or a territory.
For LL Remake Studio, impact means looking at transformation as a whole, not as a peripheral activity, but as a cross-cutting doctrine running through training, consulting, transformation, governance and learning design. Our ambition is an AI that creates economic value, but also skills, autonomy, trust and the capacity to act.
When the nature of a programme, project or engagement allows, we recommend questioning the impact of AI across six complementary dimensions.
Does AI create durable and equitable value?
Value created, useful time gained, quality, revenue, avoided costs and team autonomy.
Does AI improve working conditions and employability?
Skills development, evolving tasks, less drudgery, mobility, access to training.
Does the use case justify the resources it mobilises?
Proportionality of models, usage volumes, infrastructure, more frugal alternatives. More AI is not more innovation.
Are people, data and decisions protected?
Confidentiality, bias, traceability, governance, accountability and human oversight.
Does the tool respect local languages, codes and knowledge?
Languages, professional expressions, references, knowledge and cultural practices.
Does the use reduce or widen access gaps?
Accessibility, equipment, connectivity, cost, digital skills, local autonomy, transmission.
A professional remains an expert in their field, whatever their territory. But their regulatory environment, resources, tools, clients and practices may differ. That is why our training and engagements are contextualised to local and professional realities.
This approach leads us to advocate a proportionate AI. Before seeking the most powerful technology, we look for the solution that is good enough to produce the useful effect sought. Sometimes an advanced AI, sometimes a lighter model, sometimes a simple automation, and sometimes the best recommendation is to improve a process without adding AI.
Through training, consulting, transformation, experimentation and collaboration with our ecosystems, we want to bring to life AI uses able to answer concrete professional and societal challenges, for people, organisations and territories.
LL Remake Studio operates across France, Côte d'Ivoire, Africa and internationally. This presence across several territories directly shapes how we think about AI: not as a technology to apply uniformly, but as a transformation to contextualise.
LL REMAKE is a French company based in Paris that designs and delivers training, consulting engagements and transformation projects in artificial intelligence for companies, regulated professions and organisations. As a Qualiopi-certified training organisation for training actions, it opens access to funding depending on each client's situation, within the framework of the EU AI Act and the GDPR. It works in France, in Europe and remotely.
LL REMAKE AFRICA, an Ivorian company registered in Abidjan, designs and delivers its artificial intelligence training and engagements directly on the ground, in Côte d'Ivoire and across the whole African continent. Rooted in a lasting local presence, it takes into account the economic, professional and territorial realities of each country, with a legal framework adapted at local, national and community levels. Engagements on quotation.
Beyond our locations, LL Remake Studio supports organisations from Paris to Abidjan and around the world: programmes built around professions, online training, remote engagements and on-site delivery on quotation. Each programme is designed for its context, whether a regional headquarters, a subsidiary, an institution or an international organisation.
LL Remake Studio carries the vision of its founder, Karmelle BIYOT, at the intersection of artificial intelligence, the transformation of professions, training, and the economic and human stakes that accompany these shifts. Her conviction: the most important technological transformations are not transformations of tools, but of skills, organisations, cultures and the capacity to act.
Every organisation has its own stakes, professions, culture and maturity. That is precisely why we are a Studio: we listen, question, co-create, experiment, create, measure and adjust, to make AI a new capability.
