Access to and use of the llremake.studio website

These General Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the llremake.studio website and its services (the “Site”), published by LL REMAKE, trading as LL Remake Studio. By accessing the Site, the user (the “User”) acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms. The conditions for purchasing training are governed by the terms of sale.
These Terms define the conditions of access to and use of the Site, the rights and obligations of the User, and the rules applicable to the content and features offered.
The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with Internet access. Access and connection costs are borne by the User. The publisher strives to ensure that the Site is available 24/7 but cannot guarantee it: access may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance, updates or technical reasons beyond its reasonable control, without incurring its liability.
Access to certain features may require the creation of an account. The User undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and to keep it updated. Login credentials are strictly personal and confidential; the User is solely responsible for keeping them safe and for all activity carried out through their account. In the event of loss, theft or fraudulent use, the User informs the publisher without delay at hello@llremake.studio. The publisher may suspend or terminate access to an account in the event of breach of these Terms, fraudulent use or inappropriate behaviour.
The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with its purpose and the regulations in force. The following are prohibited in particular: any fraudulent use, any unauthorised access to systems, any attempt to undermine the security or integrity of the Site, any unauthorised extraction of data, and the distribution of unlawful or defamatory content or content infringing the rights of third parties.
All elements of the Site (structure, texts, visuals, logos, trademarks, teaching content, databases) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of LL REMAKE or are used under licence for its benefit. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and may constitute infringement within the meaning of Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The publisher has no control over these websites and accepts no liability for their content or privacy policies. Creating a link to the Site is subject to the publisher's prior consent.
The processing of personal data carried out through the Site is described in the privacy policy. The use of cookies is described in the cookie policy.
The publisher makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, without guaranteeing the absence of errors or omissions. Information published on the Site is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute legal, accounting or professional advice. The publisher may only be held liable in the event of proven fault attributable exclusively to it, and its liability is limited to direct damage.
The publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date the Site is consulted.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance will, failing amicable settlement, be submitted to the competent courts.
