A Qualiopi-certified provider,
and what it really changes.

In France, continuing professional training is a regulated sector. A provider may deliver training without being certified, but cannot then give access to public or pooled funding. Qualiopi certification conditions that access.

There is no single scheme, but a set of routes whose access depends on your status, activity, industry and profile. The prior diagnostic identifies those actually open to you.

The skills development plan is the natural framework for training your employees. Depending on your headcount, industry and OPCO, part of the cost may be covered.

The scheme depends on your status: employee-equivalent, self-employed, majority manager. Depending on the case, the branch OPCO or a dedicated fund may intervene.

Individual funding may be processed by France Travail as part of a career project validated with an adviser. Approval is required before the training starts.

No funding is automatic. Each scheme has its eligibility conditions, annual ceilings, processing times and supporting documents, and these rules change regularly.

One rule applies in every case: the request must be filed before the training starts. A training already begun can no longer be funded, whatever the scheme. Anticipate by several weeks.
