A rule that structures all our sessions
No real confidential data is entered into an artificial intelligence tool during sessions. Working cases are prepared and anonymised in advance, under the joint responsibility of the participant and the trainer. This rule is recalled at the start of each session and appears in the internal rules.
Frequently asked questions
Do you offer AI training for lawyers in Africa?
Yes. We design programmes dedicated to law firms, notaries and legal departments, in-house, multi-firm or in a virtual classroom, in French and in English, in the main African countries.
Who delivers these programmes?
A former lawyer, graduate of the Sorbonne, Paris-Dauphine and the Paris Bar School. The ethical framework is not outsourced to an external speaker: it is handled by someone who has practised under these constraints.
How do you handle professional secrecy?
It is the starting point, not a module added at the end. No real confidential data is entered into an AI tool during sessions: cases are anonymised in advance. Participants leave with a grid of what must never leave the firm.
Do you cover OHADA law?
Yes. The Uniform Acts structure deeds, companies and securities in seventeen states. Our programmes for legal professions in the OHADA zone start directly from this body of law.
Do these programmes count towards my continuing professional development obligation?
Depending on your bar or professional body, they may contribute to it. Eligibility is reviewed during scoping, and we provide the programme, objectives, assessment methods and certificates needed for your file.
Do you work with an entire bar?
Yes. The multi-firm format brings together several firms of the same bar, which shares the cost and enables genuine peer exchange. We also work with professional bodies and bar training schools.
Programmes can be delivered in-house for a single firm, or across several firms of the same bar association. Certificates of completion are issued individually.
