Our charter for responsible AI use

Artificial intelligence is at the heart of LL Remake Studio's activity, both as the subject of our training and as a tool in our work. This charter sets out the principles governing our use of AI, in line with our doctrine of situated, proportionate and responsible artificial intelligence.
We see AI as a means of augmenting professional skills, not replacing them. Our programmes aim to ensure that people understand what they do with AI, keep control and judgement, and remain able to decide.
Before using a technology, we look for the solution that performs well enough to produce the desired effect: sometimes advanced AI, sometimes a lighter model, sometimes simple automation, and sometimes improving a process without AI. We question the proportionality of the resources used.
The uses we design include human checkpoints. No binding decision is delegated to an automated system without human validation, and processing must be explainable.
In our training and engagements, we take care not to expose real personal or confidential data in AI tools when this is not appropriate. Compliance (GDPR, Ivorian Law No. 2013-450, EU AI Act depending on the context) is built in from the design of our programmes.
When content is produced with the assistance of AI, we favour transparency, human verification before publication, and respect for copyright and image rights.
For LL Remake Studio, a high-performing technology is not enough if its effects are not questioned. We assess the impact of artificial intelligence beyond technical performance alone: the value created, the skills developed, working conditions, the proportionality of the resources used, respect for people and data, and inclusion and access. This reading, carried by our impact compass, guides our recommendations as well as our own choice of tools.
We use artificial intelligence ourselves in our activities, to design our programmes, produce our content and improve our services. This use respects our obligations: transparency about the use of AI, in accordance with the EU AI Act, and protection of personal data, in accordance with the GDPR and, for our activities in Côte d'Ivoire, Ivorian Law No. 2013-450. Content assisted by artificial intelligence is verified by a human before distribution.
We help develop the AI literacy of the people we support, in the spirit of Article 4 of the EU AI Act, so that they have the reference points needed for informed and responsible use.
As technologies and regulatory frameworks change rapidly, this charter will be reviewed regularly to remain aligned with the state of the art and applicable legal requirements.
